Experience:

• Four weeks Internship in Pakistan’s largest natural gas Transmission and Distribution Company SNGPL.
• Serving the largest Chlor alkali industry of Pakistan “SITARA CHEMICALS” as a shift engineer in process department for the last one and half year. “SITARA CHEMICALS” is also engaged in the production of HCl , NH4Cl , CaCl2 , NaOCl , CaOCl2 , H2O2 , Na2CO3 , PVC and in designing of many process equipments.
• Experience in mentioned process plants & equipments (Air compressor, Gas liquefaction, RO+Demi, Brine electrolyzers, Leaf filters, Brine saturators, Settlers, Multiple effect evaporator, HCl synthesis furnaces, Absorption Chillers, Compression Chillers, N2 Generator)
• Can read, draw and understand Isometrics, P& IDs and PFDs.
• Experience of working on PLC and DCS (Honeywell, Advantrol and Yokogawa Centum CS2000).
• Well aware with plant related reports (Work permits, Audits, MBOs, BMRs).
• Well aware with HSE policies, related standards and procedures.
• Having a good knowledge of ISO STDs.
