Review materials requests raised by users and spare parts requirements for Maintenance/project departments, or as capital/direct charge items, compiles relevant materials data to update buying descriptions and sending RFQs to the company’s registered vendors. Perform price comparison list, Bid evaluation for the quotations submitted by the suppliers, Follow-up with suppliers to obtain offers prior to RFQs closing date, database manipulation and preparation of presentations.
