Piping/Project Engineer

Senior Piping/Project Engineer in oil and gas, experience in design, construction and commissioning of LNG Project.

• Develop project specifications, administrative and technical practices, design instructions, plot plan, flow diagrams, and supplier information.
• Draw and update material and stress sketches
• Expert in ASME, ASTM, Shell DEP and other piping standards.
• Experience in developing isometric, site design change and interface.
• On assignment to the field, supports construction in drawing and specification interpretations, design modifications, scheduling, and system checkout and testing.
• Assist in preparation of purchase requests for shop and field material
• Assist in review of bid summaries.
• Provide quality control and input for team
• Compiles calculation packages for each system analyzed.
• Responsible of all Design Technical Query regarding piping works
• As-built design and proposal of modification (Field Design Change)
• Develop Invitation To Bid (ITB), Tender paper, presentation, evaluation up to award of contract
• Project Execution plan and scheduling
• Ensure that all site activities are performed in environmentally safe and responsible manner
• Supervising piping works to be performed by construction contractor and insure the compliance with established construction schedule and project requirements
• Coordinate among various construction contractor (MLNG Dua Plant) and discipline supervisor executing piping work
• Verify the availability and adequacy of the material and drawing
• Coordinate the construction contractor ensuring the compliance with the applicable specification and standard
• Execute proper final joint inspection and punch list initiator.
