drilling and workover supervisor/superintendent

a)Drilling Supervisor:
•Work as drilling, completion and workover supervisor/consultant for both offshore and onshore rigs.
•Have a good experience in drilling of high deviated wells using steerable drilling and rotary steerable system (RSS).
•Have a good experience and knowledge with measurement while drilling (MWD) and logging while drilling (LWD) technologies.
•Drilling horizontal, multilateral wells & short radius horizontal wells.
•Drilling with various types of mud such as bentonitic spud mud, salt saturated mud, KCl polymer, oil base mud, emulsion mud, gypsum mud.
•Drilling in some hole problems such as, salt sections, sloughing shale, pressurized shale, pressurized water zones, H2S bearing zones, and depleted zones.
•Have a good experience in completion and workover operations.
•Have good experience with coiled tubing operations such as acidizing, nitrogen lifting, washing, fracturing jobs.
b)Completion and workover superintendent:
•Work as completion and workover superintendent for offshore jack up
and fixed rigs.

*From Jan 1999 – Jan 2005:
Worked as drilling, completion and workover supervisor for both offshore and onshore rigs with Belayim petroleum company in Egypt.
*From Jan 2005 – September 2005:
Worked as completion and workover superintendent for offshore jack up and fixed rigs for Belayim petroleum company Egypt.
*From September 2005 – September 2006:
Worked as drilling consultant for onshore and offshore rigs with Gulf of Suez petroleum company (bp branch in Egypt).
* From September 2006 – March 2007:
Worked as drilling engineer in Cairo head office with GUPCO (bp branch in Egypt).
* From March 2007 – until now:
Work as drilling and workover supervisor with Saudi Aramco.

B.SC. in petroleum engineering in 1997 by Cairo University with good graduation average grade.

* My duties are as drilling supervisor:
•Prepare daily reports including daily timed operations, costing, problems, consumption of materials, and general progress of work on rig site.
•Supervise and control all activities related to drilling and workover operations carried out by contractors on rig site.
•Review and ensure contractors operational records and reports to ensure compliance with terms of contract.
•Direct and supervise the implementation of various operational programs including proposing and executing amendments to approved programs in response to changing operational parameters.
•Make detailed plans and orders of required contractors and materials from the supply base in manner which ensure smooth progress of drilling or workover program including controlling consumption of supplied materials during rig operations to ensure economic and cost effective utilization.
•Ensure that the work is performed under safe and environmental regulations and policy.
•Carry out and perform the most of jobs concerned with drilling and workover operations on rig site.
