a) BILL PAYABLE:-

Ø Verifying invoice rates as per vendors rate list on randam basis.
b) PAY ROLL :-
Ø Maintenance of Salary Register, Preparation of salary working,
Ø Computing wages and deductions, and entering data into Computer System.
Ø Verifying staff attendance, days worked with their time card.
Ø Recording employee information, such as new recruits, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Ø Providing information to employees and managers on payroll matters.
Ø Other work:-Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement, Monthly stock checking,
