Warehousing

Managing the day-to-day activities of a warehouse including supervision of staff. Managing order fill rate, product availability and on time delivery. Planning and advising on space utilization of assigned facilities to include existing covered and open storage areas. Planning and advising on layout of areas on the basis of type and characteristics of commodities to be received and stored. Managing INR 50 Cr. worth of goods to include movement of these goods between several sites. Supervising the inventory of over INR 25 Cr.

• B. Com. (Hons.) with 66 % marks in 1986 from Punjab University, Chandigarh, (India)
• Pre Engg. From Punjab University in 2nd Division in 1983.
