Special experience:
Participate in 10 annual shut-downs for Ammonia plant, Urea plant, Nitric acid plant & Ammonium nitrate plant as inspection engineer at pipeline, static equipment and high pressure vessel using NDT.
Participate in construct the Urea Ammonium Nitrate solution plant (UAN).

Participate in replacement process gas cooler Abu Qir III (Sept. 2007 & 2013).
Participate in replacement steam reformer tubes for ammonia plants (Abu Qir 1,2 &3 ) with new upgraded material (Micro Alloy).
Participate in replacement secondary reformer for ammonia plant Abu Qir 1 by new design.
Participate in replacement Waste heat boiler for ammonia plant Abu Qir 1 by new design.
I was nominated by Abu Qir to attend hydrostatic test and review manufacturing documents for new designed process gas cooler at ALSTOM Germany (2013).
I was nominated by Abu Qir to attend hydrostatic test and review manufacturing documents for new designed Final cooler at OFMECO Italy (2011).

Bachelor of Engineering from Suez Canal University, Faculty of Petroleum &Mining Engineering, Metallurgy & Material Engineering department, may 2004 with grade good.
