ƒÞ Responsible for tracking and projecting a $14 million dollar budget, while on location with U.S. Military troops in Southern Iraq.
ƒÞ Research data and develop Cost Reports to determine if the overall projects¡¦ spending is proportional with its approved budget. Research positive and negative variances in the current rate of spending, and develop narratives that explain their causes, for the review by Project Management.
ƒÞ Research every requisition and subcontract and mark for approval or denial based upon whether or not they were included in the previously proposed B.O.E. (Basis of Estimate.)
ƒÞ Verify all invoices for accuracy of cost allocation and payment amounts.
ƒÞ Cost-code Requisitions, Timesheets, Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, Invoices, and Flight Manifests.
ƒÞ Attribute to the development of Proposals, which are submitted to the U.S. Army for future Task Orders.
ƒÞ Research employee labor hours for the development of Man Hour Reports which are reviewed by Project Management for the cause of controlling labor cost.
