FROM 17.06.1990 to 11.02.1994: Egyptian Salt & Soda Co., Work as Production Supervisor in both sulfonation and drying units in detergent plant.
*L.D.P.E is a petrochemical plant receives ethylene gas in a gas vessel and increases its pressure to (2500) bar through serial of compressors and coolers to reach the reactor stage from where Polly ethylene is separated, palletized and dried.
*L.A.B is a petrochemical plant receives kerosene liquid converting into L.A.B through extraction of(N7-N13) and returning back the rest to refinery plant ,the process takes place through several units to reach the final product (prefraction,molex,pacol,pep,detal and define ) with the help of the new technology of rotary valve process.
* Carbon black is a Petrol chemical industry use raw Materiel as hydro carbon Oil .

Adjust& maintains the process based on the process parameters for the production run log books .
Check& Record the process parameters of plant log sheet at pre-specified intervals adjust as appropriate.
Check Record Air inlet temp in Air preheated adjust as appropriate Ensure that outlet temp under control.
Check Record oil outlet temp adjust as appropriate.
Collect the sample test as per inspection plan Record results.
Fine tune the control to get the desired quality of the product based on plant lab Report received by phone.
Check all Records for waste, import and exported material.
