Position : Drilling & Completion Material Coordinator
Responsibility :
• Coordinate with Drilling and Completion engineering to get their requirements (Special projects, Future projects, DIP projects, etc.)
• Coordinate the movement of all company and sub-contractor owned materials for drilling & completion activities.
• Liaise closely with the company’s warehouse personnel and material man in base for material mobilization from base to the rigs
• Keep accurate records of all materials movements.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of supply boats under contract to the company.
• Liaise directly with the company’s sub-contractors regarding the timely shipment and return of materials.
• Make a consumption planning for primary consumable materials.
• Source the materials and identify when required by performing service contract and or purchase requisition.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Contract Department for any order requirements related to Drilling & Completion operations
• Use the company’s materials control system (SAP - UNISUP) for Offshore Logistic Management (Project System Network) and Purchasing (Service Contract & Purchase Order)
