AERO is leading aerospace research organization in Pakistan, working in different fields of aerospace from Aircraft modification to Weapons development.
My key responsibilities are development of different Fuzes from concept designing to first Engineering Prototype including followings:
• Project feasibility studies
• Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control with cost estimation and resource leveling
• Coordinate Program Management on planning, estimating as well as progress and control over the entire project
• Assist and support Program Management in analyzing the project performance, establish contingency plans of action, and carry these to the Venders
• Supervise and direct project team(Project Engineers, Draftsmen, Electricians) in their tasks of implementing and executing project controls
• Design, implement and monitor performance statistics for the team
• Full scale development of Fuze
• Fuze qualification as per MIL-STD-331C
• Establishing standards and for structuring all planning, estimating and cost control activities
• Measure, evaluate and continuously improve the team's productivity while ensuring accurate capacity planning
• Lead evaluation of contractor's proposals for project controls in tenders
• Establishing and maintaining relationship with supplier and clients, preparing contracts and there execution for successful completion of project goals.
Product Development Engineer
Toyota-Indus Motors Co. Karachi, Pakistan
IMC is manufacturer and assembler of TOYOTA vehicles for Pakistan with production rate of 190 units per day.
My key responsibilities
• Full scale development plane for localized parts as per TPS(Toyota Production System)
• Components Quality Plane
• Measure and improve cost efficiency by optimal utilization of resources
• Liaison with TMC for development related issues
• Support to Component Engineering team being a team member
