In-depth experience in operation and management of petrochemical plants ( Ethylene,LDPE, Chlorine & Caustic Soda, VCM, PVC, HCL and Utility ).
Wide experience also in project management from preparation, to issuance stage of tender right through to completion including evaluation of tenders ,contracts negotiation,supervision of the construction and commissioning.

I had managed a petrochemical complex of 1800 persons, composed of six petrochemical plants full responsibility over the facilities and the human ressources.
The production plants are composed of Ethylene, Polyethylene, Chlorine&Caustic Soda, VCM, PVC and HCL and Utilities).
This responsibility includes development of the continuous improvement program, initiation of the longer-term investment
project , together with full cost and budgetary control of all activities relatingto the achievement of maximum resources utilisation.
