- Leader of €1.6b Program in OMV/Petrom , Present.
- Leader for an $890M programme covering implementation of latest manufacturing technologies at 2 major sites with Joint venture Engineering in Italian & German companies , Korean Construction company ,from green field until start up & hands over to operation Build up the Cracker.
- Successfully completed €420M project requiring particular emphasis on technology application, safety and partner relationships build up the plant , from green field until start up.
- Developed the role of “Managing Director “ for an operating site in EU & Africa. Responsible for guiding site management in all aspects of manufacturing, process and project management. This included technology development, environmental issues and HSE improvement.
- Senior Programme Manager for a major site transition and reconfiguration including the management, progress and control of over 8 fast track projects from concept to implementation up to closing.
- Joint-Venture Manager for a major new technology and responsible for defining, optimising and managing activities associated with early research and development in Bio-Diesel.
