Damanhour 325MW Power Plant as Instrumentation & control Engineer:

1-Good experience in DCS control system symphony harmony based on function codes .

2- Good experience in many control systems such as BMS*, PLC*, TSI*, RSE*,EHC

3- Calibrate, test and maintain for different field instrumentation such as vibration sensors, differential expansion, absolute expansion, thrust bearing wear detector, temperature sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters, level controller, temperature controller, pressure controller, pneumatic valves (control & On/Off) and motorized valves and hydraulic valves (control) in the following systems: -
(I) Boiler.
(II) Turbine and auxiliaries.
(III) Demineralization plant and waste water treatment plant.

4- Good experience in fire fighting and fire alarm systems.

5- Supervision on ABB company in Damanhour power plant project for boiler Modification (Natural gas, Heavy fuel oil and Diesel oil) in installing, erection , commissioning and start up and handled the Following tasks: -
a-BMS system
b-Boiler protection
c-Closed loop control
d-MFT cabinet
e-SOE recorder

6- Supervision on M&S company in Damanhour power plant project for boiler modification (Natural gas, Heavy fuel oil and Diesel oil) in installing, erection ,commissioning and start up and handled the Following tasks: -
a- Installing new cable trays for the new cables of 16 burners.
b-Pulling cables from the control room (BMS) to the field (burners).
c-Installing the following field instruments: Pressure switches , pressure
transmitters , Flow transmitters , Differential pressure transmitters , Heavy
fuel oil counter , Control valves and Feed back
d-Loop testing and commissioning for the burner management system

7-Supervisin on Horiba company in damanhour power plant project for Continuous Emission Monitoring System in installing, erection ,commissioning and start up and handled the Following tasks: -
a-Installing Analyzer cabinet
b-Connecting the analyzer Measurements with the existing DCS
