Environmental Manager

To provide support in the establishment and maintenance of company Environmental Management System and undertake environmental management activities to confirm its effective implementation.

A good working knowledge of HSE systems in the oil and gas transportation, distribution and processing industry with senior supervisory/managerial level with different multidiscipline team.

A good knowledge in HSE management systems based on both ISO 14001 for environmental management systems and OHSAS 18001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management systems.
A good working knowledge in Environmental impact assessments, waste management, segregation and end use, Environmental aspects identification and assessment, Environmental Accident/incident reporting and investigation, behavioral Environmental and process auditing,etc.

-Currently, involved in Executive management Diploma-AUC,2007.
-Ph.D. in organic chemistry, in the field of organic syntheses, Cairo University, 1998.
-M.Sc. in Physical Chemistry, in the field of synthetic Lubricant oils, Ain Shams University, 1990.

-B.Sc. in chemistry, Faculty of Science, Ain Shams University, 1983.

-Certified lead auditor in ISO 14001 from IEMA and ISO 9001 from IRCA.
-Professional certificate in Environmental Engineer, The American University in Cairo, 1999-2000.

*-Prepare, review and follow up of Environmental Impact Assessment STUDIES (EIA,S) for (National and International) on-shore natural gas pipelines and national- gas plant projects ,according to Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency(EEAA) and European Investment Bank (EIB) guidelines and Requirements
*-My work focuses Conduct strategic reviews, gap analysis, design of system elements to assist the company with implementations internally and externally with the contractors, as well as helping with them checks on the system through managing the overall auditing process, and to advise the HSE-Staff on solutions to common sticking points with ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 elements and requirements.
