Operations Assist. Engineer
I joined this firm in Jan.2000 as Assist. Engineer Process/ Utilities and involved in commissioning of plant. Experience of initial plant startup, normal operation, trouble shooting, emergency handling and small repair. I worked as Assist. Engineer Operations in Engro Asahi, which is ISO-9002 & ISO-14000 certified company. I looked after the following areas.
•Process Area (Including Polymerizing Reactors, Dehydrators, VCM recovery section, Stripping column, Centrifuges, Product Dryer and waste water recovery section) it is totally DCS controlled.
•Utilities Area (Including Alstom Gas turbine with Restronic control system, Diesel Engine Driven Generators, Waste heat recovery boiler, Aux. Boiler, Boiler feed water system and BFW chemical injection system, Water treatment system, Cooling tower, Instrument air system, Waste water treatment unit, Fire water system, Power distribution system, Operation of Motor control center, Nitrogen distribution system, Methane gas compressor
1996-2000 FJFC-Fertilizer Complex, Karachi Gas Turbine Operator.
In Sep. I joined FJFC Fertilizer complex as Gas turbine operator and participated in commissioning and initial startup of utilities plant and gas turbine. I worked on GE frame-v gas turbine with Mark-v control system, Diesel Engine Driven Generators, Boiler & cooling tower with DCS control system.
