SHELL, Project management and inspection. Carry out pre and onsite audit Inspections on personnel and materialsSupervision of contract and monitor progress daily to verify compliance with project work plan requirements, Perform assurance checks on contractor’s review and inspections and follow up. Carry out and verify hazards and effect management controls as specified in the project HSE plan are implemented. HSE-MS project implementation(HAZID/HAZOP/SAFOP). Monitor and identify deficiencies in project HSE plan and agree on remedial actions with the contractor. Maintain, review and update project management systems based on best practice.Initiate change control procedure in conjunction with project team in the course of the project.On site supervision of flow line construction, hook-up of flow-lines to manifold and wellheads, tie-ins, pressure testing, pigging of flowline, pre-commissioning, commissioning of Assembly.Quality assurance and control process for the project. Project performance monitoring according to project work plan and daily work activity reporting, Material inventory & management from construction site.Supervision and management of material and personnel to achieve set out goals and targets within cost, time and service quality. Project site restoration implementation and supervision.Initiate and complete contract closeout for all projects.Pre and post dredge survey of river crossing for flowline right of way, dredging of right of way for flowline.Supervised the installation of the first reinforced thermoplastic flowline for SPDC West at Otorogun Well 7L replacement

I am computer literate with good computer application skills, my broad post graduation work experience has endowed me with excellent oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills, I have extensive training and working experience in Administration, sales, marketing, customer service, procurement, logistics (UNICEF trained), Flow line construction, Construction, facility management, warehousing, HSE audit and supervision, project supervision and management. I am a team player, very quick to learn, require no supervision to work, work well under pressure and capable of handling multiple task functions.
