Since May 2005 to Jan 2006- Safely Erection and Commissioning of Two New units i.e. Extractive Distillation Unit using sulfolane as a solvent to Recover Benzene from Isomar stripper bottom from Parex unit, Light reformate and Benzene column from Tatory unit.-Start up and Shut Down.
Isomar Benzene Unit to increase the Purity of Benzene of 99.99% feed from E.D unit product. Licensed By U.O.P.
Successfully Stabilized the unit, Achieved the Recovery and Purity of Benzene World largest and first unit
Hands of experience on Parex Safe Start up and Shutdown of Para Xylene unit, Parex Adsorbent Chamber reloading. The Safe shut down procedure, Decontamination of Xylene column loop for column tray modification work, Xylene heater shutdown and startup, Isomar reactor compressor shut down and start up, ESD logic & trip checking of compressor, Planning the schedule of shut down completed before the 48 hrs planned in time.
From Feb 2006 to till date- panel and controlling the above units and Parex unit.
