1.Consistent communication of Ulterra bit performance
•Identify benchmark bit for specific applications and compare bit performances and preparing trial test proposals.
•Supervising in field tool applications i.e. Roller cone and PDC bits.
•Document strengths and weaknesses of Ulterra drill bits.

2.Observe and monitor competitor performance
•Track bit performance using analysis (Performing post well evaluations, drilling data analysis).

3.Provide technical support to sales force

Distinctions:

•Have performed Trail test run application of bi-center PDC drill bits for Aramco’s new kind of oil wells. These wells tested the feasibility of DPI’s bi-center drill bits to provide well bores suitable for Enventure global Technology’s Expandable casing. The ultimate goal of this technology is to reduce Saudi Aramco’s drilling cost.

•Achieved a record field run under my supervision of a bi-center PDC drill bit (9.250”x 10.750’’ CSD344) for Aramco and a world record for Rate of Penetration in this bit size on date. The bit drilled 2345 feet in 25.50 hours at a ROP of 92.0 feet/hour. The bit is approved.

•Have performed a Trail test run for Ulterra’s PDC drill bit (8.5” MS1966B) which was record run on date for Saudi Aramco, the bit drilled 3155’ in 65.5 hours. The bit is approved.

•Have performed a trial test run for Ulterra’s Roller cone bit (6.125” Z20-RS), the bit is approved.

•Have performed a trial test run for Ulterra’s Roller cone bit (16” Z05-RSJ), the bit achieved the second best run for Saudi Aramco. The bit is approved.

•Have performed a trial test run for Ulterra’s roller cone bit (12-1/4” Z20-MRSJ), the bit achieved 109.43’/hr beating the average best ROP by 18.3’/hr. The bit is approved.
