More than five (7) years experience in Manufacturing Industry working with Japenese company. Wide experience in Production Operations of semiconductor and automotive as Production Engineer.

Technical / Engineering Expertise : Specialize in Lean manufacturing system, Gypsy system, Kit supply parts system, Production One touch strike zone system, Genba Kanri (Production Shop floor management) activities, Genba Kanri Global diagnosis, Kanban system, erectors rack implementation team (KAIZEN TEAM), QC story, In line QI system, time study, work observation and Defects trouble-shooting analysis using 9 steps KAIZEN. Currently lead plant wide management team in cost reduction and quality improvement activities.

Operational Expertise: Plan and manage daily production output, quality and delivery. Experience in monitoring warehouse operation and container delivery management. Able to communicate with local and international vendors effectively. Experience in total logistic solution system and international logistic network.

Management / Organizational / People Expertise: Lead & manage section (of 3 supervisor and 35 production operators) to meet company daily production target. Possess good communication skill, both verbal and written. Able to communicate with individual at all level. Has successful experience in presenting project proposals, monthly production report and quality result to top management.
