Having spent the last Seven years in the Commercial Masonry Restoration and Weatherproofing Industry, I’ve Experienced the ultimate draw back of time and material expense compared to the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Panel Construction. Working hand in hand with Structural Engineering Firms, History shows that Masonry unit walls inevitably have a deteriorating time frame and “Band-Aid”/ Patch/Repair is extremely expensive. It’s obvious that this world is choosing the cost-effective, structurally sound and long lasting Construction of Concrete Panel Systems.
With a strong Background in Restorative Technology and Commercial Masonry Construction, I believe I possess the experience and common understanding of structural engineering that your company would benefit from.
