„X Bill of quantities preparation (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical) for logistics and procurement purpose.
„X Initiate monthly progress evaluation for payment application under main contract agreement and alternative design.
„X Identify and process variation order quantification and cost valuation for main contract and subcontractor.
„X Process monthly valuation of sub-contractors/supplier, estimated voucher and ensure transmittal to finance department on time basis.
„X Monitoring daily production of actual worked performed, manpower utilization, materials on site, issued for cost control.
„X Claims of quantities and payment of alternative design for construction includes abortive and relocation jobs.
„X Prepare and report upon cost ¡V value analysis.
„X Recommend / discuss with Commercial Manager any action taken upon the cost ¡V value analysis.
„X Ensure subcontractors submit required insurances policies and bonds.
„X Ensure performance of subcontractors against subcontract conditions.
„X Prepare and apply contra-charge to other parties (Subcontractor, Suppliers)
„X Liaise and communicate with Project Manager, Project Staff, Engineer and Subcontractors to ensure necessary information / data are provided in a timely manner.
