I have over 3 decades of Professional and Progressive leadership as Project Manager and Adept in planning, coordination, executing and spearheading project construction activities involving Methods Engineering, Contracts Administration, Quality Management, Health, Safety and Environment Management, Resource Planning with flair of visualising modern construction methodologies complying with project specific systems and standards, in managing various industrial projects and more than 18 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector alone.
I am working as Company Site Representative for PDO been awarded with \"Two Star Shukran Award\" for my expedition skills for the project. Also the position of Head of Projects in Petroserv Limited in Qatar also provided me the right opportunity to put my skills to customers like Qatar Petroleum, Qatargas, Qatar Petrochemicals and Qatar Steel Company. I have also participated in Engineering Congress and also being the Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), I am a communicator with fluency in presentations, be it for the projects or outside topics.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Management of projects including engineering management within the time frame and cost
• Focal point for project activities with customers and ensure timely completion.
• Participate in project review meetings including HAZOP and Design Reviews.
• Organise presentations on project executions, commissioning and handover.
• Manage the team of engineers and other related personnel and vendors.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
• Oversee the construction activities related to the project.
• Be the lead link of a team of engineers for various disciplines.
• Ensure Quality system implementation for the works.
• Manage Safety requirements of the project.
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGEMENT
• Establish Quality control plans, systems and monitor quality control requirements
• Organise Quality Audits.
• Was the Management Representative for QMS systems
HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT
• Implementation of HSE policies
• Make presentations on HSE topics
