Professional experience:
I have 4.5 years of sound experience in piping stress analysis of offshore/onshore piping (using CAESAR II software ver. 4.5 & 5.0) with leading international companies in oil and gas field.
Technical skills:
• Stress analysis of offshore/onshore piping.
• Well versed in using codes ASME B31.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.4 Ch IX, B31.8, B31.8 Ch VIII and UKOOA.
• Stress analysis of lines connected to Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Storage Tanks, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pig launchers, relief valve systems and rack piping.
• Stress analysis of GRP piping.
• Dynamic (Time history) analysis for two phase flow slug lines.
• Preparation of critical line list.
• Preparation of spring data sheet.
• Flange leakage check as per equivalent pressure method, ASME section III and ASME section VIII method.
• Trunnion check by Kellogg’s method.
• Support type selection & Special Support Sketches Preparation.
• Support selection for small bore (< 4”) high temp. lines without computer analysis.
• Visual checking of lines.

Educational Qualifications:
• P.G. Diploma in ‘Piping Design & Engineering’ from Suvidya Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University in first division securing 67.80%. in June 2003.
• HSC from Maharashtra State Board Mumbai division in distinction division securing 76.67% in March 1999.
• SSC from Maharashtra State Board Mumbai division in first division securing 74.50% in March 1997.
