•Build up CMMS Database System (Maximo Upgrade Project)
•Build asset hierarchy based on as built P&ID's drawings and incorporating into CMMS and ensure static date quality.
•Prepare PM’s and Job plans for equipments (Scheduling and planning).
•Develop preventive maintenance programme and ensure implementation through computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
•Monitor preventive maintenance and inspection programmers implementation.
•Data Gather related for Asset Technical Information
•Calculate Criticality for every type of equipment
•Prepare spare parts list for every Asset depend on manufacture recommendations
•Review work orders for completeness and priority coding.
•Check and Review all work orders raised or waiting planning and confirm availability of resources.
•Share with operation Maintenance department to put yearly maintenance plan
