Duty : Review the resources and co-ordinate with the higher management with respect to the construction strategy for the project.

Ensuring drawings are properly studied and field checks are made before work is undertaken. Preparing technical queries regarding discrepancies in the drawings with the engineering manager/ subcontractor after field checks or discrepancies/ clarifications in the specification. Constructability is reviewed after field checks are done and drawings are studied.
Reviewing the performance of the work, on daily basis with execution team and ensure that corrective actions are taken to maintain the construction progress as per the schedule.
Periodically checking with the HSE manager for implementation of program, review safety returns and audit/ inspection reports.
Flawless Start-up Initiative (FSI) activities:
co-ordinate to identify the potential risks during engineering, procurement and construction stages.
Ensure ITPs includes FSI Compliance requirements and Vendor despatches the materials with FSI Compliance along with Preservation documents.
WINPCS : Co-ordination of developing construction related inputs to WINPCS for smoothening pre-commissioning / Commissioning and handover of the project.
