Work involves preparing, managing and executing numerous fast track projects timely and safely. Experience in onshore and offshore fabrication, installation, retrofit, hook-up & commissioning, quality & cost control, manpower planning, project scheduling and planning, Workpack preparation, materials take off, procedure preparation, job safety analysis, risk assessment, Hazop review, constructibility review during design phase, bid preparation, evaluation & award, pipeline preservation, ROV survey of Jacket and pipelines & pipeline span correction with cement bags.
