• Issuing purchase orders to vendors.
• Handling rejection & shortage issues.
• Arranging payment & delivery terms.
• Coordinate between our freight forwarder & our vendor’s for collection.
• Make sure that the W/H received orders completely without any troubles & that our technical dept. accepted them as well.
• Coordinating with the finance dept. whether their invoices are paid on time or not, to assure good relationship with the suppliers.
