To pursue a career in the field of Procurement, while utilizing my skills and abilities of a proven Procurement Specialist.

Working as Procurement Specialist at Egaila with KBR (Kellogg Brown & Roots) since 2007 as a member of TOCOAT Team with a task of supporting LOGCAP III project in order to process files and records that requires Procurement fallowing the rules and regulations of United States Government.

Main tasks include:

• Procurement process from start to closing.
• Material requisitions approvals
• Obtain quotations from supplies against approved requisitions
• Market research and price analyses
• Preparation and issue of Purchase Orders for equipment and materials, and Contracts for third party services, including negotiation of commercial terms and conditions with vendors Material receiving
• Change orders and cancel orders maintaining.
• Verification of receipt of equipment, materials and third party services for invoice payment
• Correspondence with vendors and concerning departments.
• Reviewing and processing of any claims against vendors for unsatisfactory equipment, materials or third party services Documentation, data entry in online system (SAP), payments, etc.

3. Worked at Kuwait International Airport Nov-2006 to March-2007 in Electronics Department.
Main responsibilities included:

• Maintaining the network which displays the flight information around the airport building.
• Configuration & maintenance of X-Rays machines, TFT Screens, Metal Detectors, lagged counters, Plasma screens etc.

4. Worked as “Customer Services Representative” for best price mortgage in Ocean Links
Center, Lahore, Pakistan from February 2006 to September 2006.

• Providing complete product and services knowledge to the local and international customers.
• Problem solving trouble shooting
• Solution providing and response to inquiries
• Updating local and international customers with the changing on policy and with the current market position.
• Record keeping and updating in online system.


5. Worked as IT Supervisor in Akhlaq Associates, Lahore, Pakistan on their in-house software projects
Using Microsoft technologies. Job responsibilities included;

• Study of requirement specification document and preparation of functional specification of the system.
• Coding.
• Preparing the test cases etc.
