Summary of Qualification:

Registered Electronics and Communications Engineer of the Philippines with almost 7-years experience in Petrochemical and Oleochemical industries in the field of instrumentation and control systems maintenance engineering and commissioning and a-year experience in management (people skills).

Previously worked as Instrumentation and DCS Engineer in the Philippines for 5 years and 1 year management experience as Executive Director of an non-for-profit environmental policy advocacy organization. Presently working as Instrument Technician in Arabian Petrochemical Company polyethylene plant in Al-Jubail City, KSA for almost 2 years.

Key Competencies;

1. Configuration of Yokogawa CS 3000 DCS from field instrumentation, IOM selection, Field Control Station setup, networking, Human Interface Station setup, Function Block detailing and graphic designing.
2. Configuration of Triconex PLC for ESD/F&G from field instrumentation, rack loading and interconnection, IOM selection, networking and engineering station setup. Basic programming skills.
3. Troubleshooting and repair, process and equipment-based, especially major equipment instrumentation and controls such as in extruders, boilers, compressors, air dryers, and other dedicated systems for Machine Monitoring System (Bently Nevada), Product Conveying System (Siemens S7 400) and Loss Weight System by Acrison Multi-feeder Controller MD-2000.
4. Experience with TDC 3000, Modicon PLC, HMI-SCADA under Simatic S7 400 in Windows Control Centre V.6.
5. Excellent exposure in Permit to Work System and a certified permit receiver for Control System jobs.
6. Understands the application of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Process Safety Management, Safety Health and Environmental Management System along with auditing procedures applicable in most industries such as DNV and self-audit schemes.
7. Excellent technical writing skills in preparing technical manuals/reports, standard operating procedures, project proposals and feasibility studies.
