Safety Officer

Ensure the crew stops the job that puts them and safety at risk and work towards a injury free work place

Safety Equipments
Fire extinguishers, regular inspection and check condition, location and availability of classified extinguishers as required at different location,
PPE: Check at all location for use in emergency and update as required.
Lifting Gears: Monitor the condition for use of safety slings, shackles, all lifting gears and color coding
Permit System: Provide necessary support with permits, JSA’S, PJSM’S for all the work to be carried on rig as required.
Drilling Equipments: Regular inspections of derrick, crone, Stabbing board, rig floor and advice for any short fall or rectify the faults for a safe operations.
Life Saving Equipments: Regular inspection and test of BA Sets, Life Boats, Life Jackets, Life rafts for use

Personnel Safety
Personnel Safety Awareness: Conduct weekly drills; impart training and knowledge on PPE’S, SCBA’S and its uses. Maintain good house keeping, hygienic condition and educate the crew.
Stop Program: Encourage and train personnel to participate in the program for safe and unsafe acts.
HLO: Helicopter duties.
Training/Safety Meeting
Power point presentation & Conduct in-house training program for the crew to update & refresh on the use of safety equipments on board and provide valuable knowledge on safety through Safety Meetings.
