Joe has a through knowledge of various DCS and SCADA Systems including Yokogawa CS3000, Prosafe PLC, Bailey INFI 90, Mitsubishi Diasys Intellution FIX32 and iFix SCADA.

Joe’s current assignment is with KJVG Joint Venture partners for the Gorgon LNG Project in Western Australia within the Commissioning and Start-Up Team.
His primary responsibilities include:
• Supervise, Yokogawa the Main Automation Contractor using Centum VP / Prosafe RS
• Manage the Instrument and DCS / FGS / IPS commissioning teams
• System Acceptance Testing and Verification according to Specification including SAT and Integrated SAT Testing for all DCS, FGS, ESD and Vendor Packaged PLC Systems.
• Control Narrative Testing for Complex Loop verification.
• Cause and Effect (C&E) Safeguard Narrative Testing.
• Input to the Zenator Systems Completion tool including review & approval of project specific ITRs
• Systemise Instrument and DCS Systems in the Zenator Completions Tool
• Development of Commissioning Procedures, Scopes of Work and Method Statements
