SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

Experienced in Pressure vessels, Piping, Pipelines (onshore & offshore), Offshore structures such as jackets & deck, buoys, turrets, PLEMS etc., Storage tanks, etc. for major oil/gas, petrochemical, fertilizer and power sector companies involving materials Carbon Steel, Alloy steels, Stainless Steel, Duplex stainless steel, Copper Nickel etc.

Experienced in qualification of welding procedures, welder’s qualification, preparation of procedure and performance qualification records, witnessing mechanical testing, material inspection, welding inspection during fabrication, Preparation of ITP, QCP, QA/QC documentation, dimensional inspection, post weld heat treatment, hardness testing, pneumatic testing, hydrotesting etc. pertaining to international codes such as ASME, AWS, API, BS etc. Experienced in inspection of static equipments in process plants such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, process piping etc.

Worked for projects of Major OIL COMPANIES in Middle East such as QP, OXY-QATAR, RASGAS, QATARGAS, MAERSK OIL, SAUDI ARAMCO, DPC, ADNOC, ZADCO, ADMA-OPCO, ADCO, GASCO,KOC, SHELL, ONGC, TOTAL, SBM, etc

As a qualified Painting Inspector & Site Coating Inspector experienced in all aspects of surface preparation and painting inspection, Site wrapping and coating etc.

Experienced in preparation of NDT procedures, conducting radiography using x-ray machines, gamma ray cameras (IR-192 & co-60), pipeline crawlers, linear accelerator etc., and interpretation of Radiographs and reporting, radiation safety supervision etc.

Proficient in Ultrasonic testing of plates, pipes, nozzles, tubular TKY joints etc. and corrosion survey of piping, vessels, storage tanks, etc., PT and MT with visible and fluorescent types of tests on various specimens.
