8 year Experienced HSE Officer

For a challenging position in HSE Department Which will commensurate with my qualification and Experience, And Achieve additional knowledge in my position

• Directly the implementation of the site safety policies including sub contractors as per the clients HSE policy
• Ensure proper implementation of tool box talks, pre briefing, heavy lift operations, lifting plan, and erection works etc
• To monitoring the permit system of confined spaces, hot work and excavations
• Safety, health and environment controls and regulations in order to minimized risk of human loss/disability and material damage.
• Ensure the safe work near Hazardous Environment of Petroleum Products
• To control vehicle movements engaged in construction activity.
• Inspection construction equipments prior to start work in site
• Implementation of safety rules while carrying out heavy lifting and erection, men &material transportation
• Ensure the proper use of lifting gear, fire extinguisher placement and its colour coding etc. along with documentation.
• Inspection of permit to work along with attached documents at site prior to starts work and witnessing, training and monitoring tool box talk.
• Preparation of all HSE documentations for the safety audit including periodical audit for sub contractors.
• Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of safety policies at site
• Preparation of incident reports and follows up the documents.
• Implementation of environmental and pollution control procedures at site
