I have a total experience of 13 years of Industrial experience in Petro-chemical Industries production of Ammonia, Hydrogen / Gas and liquid Chlorine system (compression and liquefaction). In addition, experienced in operation of Utilities like boilers and water treatment

v Steam Naphtha Reforming, Naphtha Sweetening Unit
v Manufacture of Hydrogen, Chlorine, Hydrochloric acid
v Chlorine gas treatment using Sulphuric Acid

Job responsibilities

Ø Routine Operation

v Achieve production targets by Plant operation using DCS
v Identifying process parameter deviations and taking corrective measures



v Perform Periodic equipment changeovers
v Plant startup and shutdown
v Comply with Hot & Cold work permit requirements
v Prepare process equipments for maintenance
v Weekly inspection of all safety and fire fighting equipments
v Simulate Emergency evacuation systems
v Participate in Emergency and Evacuation drill
v Generate work request using MAXIMO work management system

QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA IN PETRO-CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY

YEAR OF PASSING : APRIL 1993

v Successfully completed First Aid course conducted by the Shuaiba Industrial Medical Center in collaboration with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and now a certified First Aider
