Worked under the Crude stabilization Unit in, maintaining Separator Pressure, level and temperature – Well experienced in the injection of OCI and GCI, demulsifier to the separator, disposing the formation of water, controlling the gas flow rate, Calculation of Gas by using Orifice chamber, Calculation of Oil by PID, turbine meter, changing of strainer as per instructions. In this plant I was fully familiarized with the Dehydration Unit. Maintaining the Pressure and the level of the glycol tower, maintaining the level of rich glycol in absorber and by PID control value. Maintaining the reflux column temperature by three-way value, Glycol filter back washed as per DP. Change over the glycol pump every weak, collection of glycol sample, checking the level of glycol in glycol storage tank if
Necessary top-up the storage tank with glycol under the instruction of the super indent. Maintaining 2000C of temperature in the Re-boiler and the glycol regeneration Unit.
