ľ Monitor and control all Operation, Equipment, and Personal in safe and efficient way.
ľ Respond to plant shutdown, emergency situation as required with shift crew
ľ Initiate plant defect with work required Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation.
ľ Daily plant operation, adjustment, inspection.
ƒæ Prepare shift logs, handover day¡¦s event.
ľ Permit to work system, with high safety.
ľ Contribute in planning for unplanned jobs.

The Production/Operations Department included the following facilities:
- Control Room Operations with RealFlex monitoring software (SCADA).
- Foxboro Process Controllers.
- High and Intermediate Pressure Production Manifold.
- High and Intermediate Pressure Test and Production Separators.
- Crude Oil Dehydration and Desalting system.
- Crude Oil Heater and Crude Oil Stabilizing Tower.
- Crude Oil Storage and Pipeline Pumps.
- High and Intermediate Pressure ARIEL Re-Gas Injection 2 Stages reciprocating Compressors.
- Fuel gas scrubbers.
- Fresh Water Deaeration Tower and Water injection pumps.
- Instrument Air Compressor.
- Full utility duties including Reverse Osmosis Units. In addition, water treatment
- Chemical injection Pneumatic Pumps.
- Three SOLAR Turbotronic (Taurus 60) Gas Driven Turbine Generators
(3.175 MW.) Each.
- Fire and Gas detecting alarm system.
- E.S.D. systems.

ľ Safety, Rescue, First aid, and Fire Fighting courses.

ľ Heaters and heat exchangers inspection and trouble shooting course.
ľ (TOT) Training of Trainers course.
