I have managed a wide variety of Projects, materials, assets and warehousing throughout my career. I have worked in exes of 10 countries.
• Maintain excellent management functions, logistical, administrative and financial control, providing an effective support service, optimizing organizational effectiveness. Field Project Manager and logistics manager for the rollout of the following cellular networks.

• Responsible for logistical management and support with regards to the roll-out of cellular networks and satellite communication installations in twelve countries on behalf of various clients.
• Manage, plan and supervise construction of fully functioning, self sustaining 350man (FOB). Forward Operating Base camp and satellite warehouses.
• Liaise and negotiate with international suppliers Vendors and distributors pertaining to purchase orders and delivery
• Develop and maintain professional working relationship with relevant Government departments, local leaders and agencies.
• Manage and supervise local staff members, Third Country Nationals and Contractors.
• Procurement of logistics, asset management (people, processes and resources), general administration and financial management and control, day-to-day management of the base including general maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
• Aircraft and convoy scheduling, loading and route planning.
• Manage Housekeeping, Health, and Safety, security, communication equipment, medical staff and clinic.
• Manage and coordinate the provision of basic services to all camp occupants.
• Maintenance and Management of Water purification plant (RO) Sewage ,Generators
• Maintenance and Management of vehicle fleet and workshop assets and staff.
• Manage all catering functions’. Staff, Site and equipment, planning, procurement and scheduling of fresh, wet and dry produce.
