Responsibilities :
In charge of field Mechanical Maintenance jobs and reporting to Head of area Maintenance This includes generating preventive and corrective maintenance work orders , setting priorities, appropriate standard procedures, ensuring availability of required materials, spares and equipment, , liaising with operations to release equipment and plant with other maintenance activities., and supervising the actual execution of criticality work on site and or in workshop. Investigates and troubleshoots maintenance problems and reporting , implements the Company's permit to work procedures. and ensures availability and operability of all equipment. Liaises with the work planning personnel on timely updating of related maintenance activities in the Immpower system (Computerize system ).looking and follow all our created PIR’s . and for the training plan for all staff and level
Ensure that Field HSE policies, procedures and programs are implemented and strictly adhered to in my area of responsibility.
Attend daily Superintendent morning meetings to carry out pending Jobs as well as Scheduled jobs for the following day. Update all other administration jobs like mention Employees attendance sheets, Record of all materials, Staff training records and follow up all training tasks for new trainees.
