Field Operator ( oil & gas production)

Position: Oil & Gas production operator/supervisor
Responsibilities:
Check working condition of wells & control optimization of oil & gas production.
Change of spare parts on wells.
Well inspection & general well maintenance.
Daily inspection of extraction wells, troubleshooting.
Repair of oil & gas equipment.
Implementation of the operator to maintain reservoir pressure.
Exploitation of oil drilling equipment.
Operation of pumping stations equipped with reciprocating & centrifugal pumps.
Work with a vapor-mobile units.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance.
Replacement of the stop valves.
The packing gland seals.
Installation of pipelines & flowlines.
Working in accordance with the safety rules.

Bachelor in Oil & Gas Field development & production.

First Aid & Fire Fighting (Certified) Passed Training in Oil & Gas Production operator upon completion of Oil Academy.

Preparing wells,repair,definition of repairing courses, moving up and down all underground equipment of wells, and changing them, elimination of defects in the string. Types of work in the repair of wells, the order of their performance, descent & ascent of pipes & rods, a tool used for tripping operation of automatic machines for screwing & unscrewing, drilling tools, change single row & double row of elevators pipes, deep pumps & equipment completion & production, washing & cleaning of the sand jams, how to wash, dewaxing well tubing pipes, mechanical cleaning of the tubes of wax, acidizing wells. Workover: preparation and screening well before repair, the definition places the flow of water, types of work, the sequence of the implementation, test wells at the closing of water, return to the upper wells horizons, fishing job. Installation and alignment of mobile lifting equipment and components. Mounting hardware for hanging rods and installation of pipes for the finger Arrangements for removal of the head to the side of the balance, and troubleshooting.
