Nokia Telenore Project (ACE Telecom) 08/2005 – 11/2007

• Currently working as Project Manager on Nokia Seimens project (ACE Telecom) for a NSN GSM/GPRS 900 and DCS 1800 Network in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Major Responsibilities
• Organizing 15 to 20 Teams to perform Drive Test for Site Verification, EDGE, and Cluster drives and rehomming drives, Bench Marking , Frequency Scanning , call connectivity etc.
• Leading Area Profiling Teams to provide coverage to new areas and capacity planning in Lahore and in North.
• Resolving technical issues with coordination of onsite teams or with Team leads.
• Co-coordinating with customer (Nokia Seimens) to provide required services.
• Conduct large number of interviews for New hiring.
• Managing, tracking and maintaining required Equipment.
• Provide Technical support to Regional Teams Leads in field.
• Manage all Expenses in a cost effective way.

Nokia Seimens MTN Iran Cell Project (ACE Telecom)

• Worked as RF Engineer on Nokia project (ACE Telecom) for a NOKIA GSM/GPRS 900 and DCS 1800 Network in Tehran, Iran.

RF Optimization Skills

• Lead RF Teams to carry out Drive testing using Ericsson TEMS 5.1 both on routine basis as well as for resolving specific issues such as Co-channels, faulty/inadequate neighbors, and low transmit power, external interference, and power control window optimization, hardware related issues e.t.c
• Lead Teams to handle the Co-operates Customer QOS Complains.
• Using TEMS 7.1 & MapInfo 7.8 for post processing and analysis of drive test data.

RF Design & Planning Skills

• Involved in all aspects in RF design, planning, implementation.
• Apply MapBasic GSM applications and different other techniques in MapInfo 8 to perform manual frequency & neighbor planning.
• Area profiling to provide coverage to new cities.
• Perform TSS(Technical site Suvey).

I have been working in ACE Telecom (Pvt) ltd for last two years. I have been working as an RF Optimization engineer in Pakistan and Iran with NSN on Telenor Pakistan and MTN Iran cell project and was then promoted as a Project Manager in Pakistan. I have been involved in all the administrative activities in ACE Telecom and used to interact with the customer. I have a thorough knowledge and experience in radio networks.
