Supervises, coordinates and participates in the commissioning, startup, preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance activities for plant equipments at the assigned location. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance planner and equipment inspectors,

Obtain safe work permits, Assigns crew on the job as per daily planning and operation requirements, handles multinational crew and gives safety instructions, Records daily activities and reports to in charge maintenance, Participates in the planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown, Turnaround and major overhaul maintenance activities.

Monitors and ensures that the shutdown maintenance jobs are carried out within the scheduled time frame. Assist the maintenance team in establishing priorities, making improvements on work methods.

Complies with Company's Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SHE), Prepares the list of spares, tools and other material required for the maintenance jobs, Updates the equipment Data, History and Maintenance records in SAP System.

Carry out all work in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe. Reports all incidents and near misses to advanced supervisor or SHE representative .Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by direct supervisor. Reports any significant faults or deterioration that may affect the safety and/or operational efficiency of the equipments

Responsible for Installation / erection, commissioning, repairs, overhaul, preventive/corrective, testing and troubleshooting maintenance of various kinds of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, fin fans, valves, tank mixers , heat exchangers, Pipes, Vessels, columns and fabrication / modification of pipelines etc. worked with Japan Steelworks' Service Engineer for Overhauling of Multistage Vertical Reciprocating Compressor,
