Estimation/Planning Engineer
Responsibilities
o Review of tender documents including scope of works, drawings and specification and raise technical queries and clarifications.
o Estimation of allocated jobs (Oil and Gas equipments, Piping Fabrication & Installation, Plant Shut Downs & Maintenance Jobs)
o Pre-tender site surveys/Visits.
o Identification of input required from various departments and requests the same.
o Estimate durations and resources required for various activities including Fabrication and Site Erection
o Analyzing problems on a daily basis using daily productivity & QC tools.
o Developing/Improving production control parameters,work procedures& practices
o Preparation of Technical Qualifications.
o Preparation of Project Execution Schedule/Installation methodology.
o Technical communication / clarifications for resolving any comments or queries arising from the approval issue of the Bids
o Preparation of BOM and BOQ.
o Proper planning/Schedule Preparation to utilize all resources under scheduled. duration using P3/MS Projects.



PLANT SHUT DOWN EXPERIENCE (SAUDI ARABIA)

Responsibilities
o Finalize the master schedule and prepare MOM.
o Prepare project communication protocol and intimate client so that effective communication is ensured.
o Monitor and follow up to ensure that milestone dates are met as per final schedule.
o Monitoring various shut down activities like Replacement of Trays for Columns, Modification work for column ,Replacement of Pumps, Extend the Stack height by installation of new piece .,Replacement of Demister, Tie INS for different system..
o Submission of Progress to the client as per frequency agreed in the contract.
o Monitor man hours booking and raise flag on low efficiency.
o Follow up with the client for his input \ feedback and bring in writing for delays
o Manage all sub-contracting activities \ services of a job (if needed)
o Manage all logistics \ transportation of the project.
o Obtain Delivery Note signed from clients.
o Prepare project completion report.
