Quality Assurance & HSE Manager

Seeking a position to contribute positively in a dynamic, challenging environment to develop, manage and continuously improve Quality Management Systems and HSE Management Systems within the Oil & Gas Industry and the Utilities Sector.

ISO 9001 QMS MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE:
-Led the company towards compliance with ISO 9001 International QMS Standard and successfully achieving first ISO 9001 Certification.
- Reported directly to GM & Group Director positions.
- Responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining and reporting performance of, company's quality management system.
- Oversaw pre-assessment, certification and surveillance audits.
- Organized Management Reviews of processes performance, client satisfaction, deliverables conformance. Formulated action-plans for improving project schedules, cost and deliverable-acceptance performance combined with optimum resource utilization.
- Determined critical-to-quality KPIs.
- Analyzed and interpreted process / operational data (SPC) and recommended corrective action & improvement opportunities.
- Planned, executed, and reported findings of ISO 9001 QMS internal audits on relevant company processes and field operations.
- Tracked and reviewed process deficiencies or failures in the form of NCRs, and NCMRs. Analyzed failure conditions and root causes. Issued the appropriate dispositions, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions.

QUALITY ASSURANCE & HSE DEPARTMENT HEAD:
QA Responsibilities:
- Involved in tender reviews & evaluations, site visits, risk assessments, bid QA & HSE.
- Developed Inspection & Test Plans based on specific project schedule of tasks and activities including the KPIs, test type.
- Established QCPs & set controls for qualifications, certifications and data sheets of CTQ project resources including: skilled personnel, suppliers, sub-contractors, lifting tools, maintained equipment, calibrated devices, procured materials.
- Managed and reviewed implementation of field tests and inspections.
- Tracked & evaluated: performance and progress of project activities against planned schedule & budgetary baselines.
HSE Responsibilities:
- Developed and maintained the required safety policies, manual & procedures according to the needs of tenders and projects SOW, and in compliance with H&S regulations.
- Implemented project safety planning through the use of Job Safety Analysis, Hazard identification, Risk assessments and Control measures.
- Oversaw conducting of required accident investigations. Executed safety training, awareness and orientation program for company personnel.
