A challenging position in the Field of Project Management as Project Manager / Project Planning and Control Specialist to utilize my proven skills for Maintenance Projects, CMMS Implementation Projects & EPC Projects supported by Project tools.

- Plan and execute more than 20 opportunity and Major turnarounds Projects
- More than 35 operations multidiscipline Projects(PMRs, Risk
Register Mitigation, Engineering Schemes etc)
- Monitored, control and reporting during 6 Major Projects execution.

Brief of subject experience outlined below :
- Manage Planned opportunity and Major outage / turnarounds, based on Oil
production forecast / targets.
- Identify planned maintenance work to schedule daily, weekly, monthly work
loads and follow-up resource availability, plant release, procedures and
safety requirements.
- Consolidate and streamlined all schemes into 2 years integrated master
plan, Maintain 90 days roll up plan and chaired Weekly look ahead
integrated operations planning meeting.
- Vast hands on experience of maintenance tool CMMS Maximo.
- Monitored Maintenance Barge Program for optimum utilization & make sure
availability as interfacing with other sites.
- Managed WO real Backlog at an optimum level, prepare action plan,
resource availability for implementation.
- Co-coordinated and prepared Project scope of Work, define boundaries and
major deliverables.
- Managed scope changes, determine the impact on schedule and cost before
implementation
- Estimated overall resource requirement, estimate man hours, and Project
Budget.
- Proficient of using CPM technique to Mange Project Master schedule to
keep the Project on track.
- Good knowledge of Earned Value reporting Techniques for reporting current
& forecast projections .
- Performance reporting thru ¡¥S¡¦ curve for actual Vs Baseline to monitor
& control time & schedule variances
- Key role player to achieve Integrity & maintenance KPI challenges&
minimize Gaps to improve KPI score.
- Prepare and Document Project closeout report and lesson learned for
future reference.
- Maintaining Projects Risk register and Implementation of Risk Mitigation
Work Packages.
- Maintained up-to-date current CMMS technical data and Job plans, co-
ordinate & review to include new equipment.
- Equipment performance measures for availability and reliability. Analyze
failure trend, report and execute action plan.
