The Project is of 200000 Sft in area spread over 5 acre land. The facility comprise of an Office block, a Production Hall and a Ware House.

• Develop a clear understanding of the objectives and requirements.
• Ensuring that the appropriate systems and procedures are in place to achieve the objectives.
• Defining clear lines of management responsibility
• Estimating time and budget constraints realistically.
• Consult with architects, engineers and other technical workers to make sure that design intentions are met.
• Ensuring implementation of Quality Assurance Plan and Safety Plan.
• Monitoring and reporting on program performance identify delays/potential delays and initiate remedial actions.
• Supervising compliance of construction in accordance with specifications and contract documents
• Monitoring and controlling tendering and award of tender packages against budget.
• Maintaining project cost controls and cost reporting.
• Evaluating contractual claims on time and cost and managing disputes.
• Supervise and direct site managers and contractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and safety are maintained.
