Environmental/HSE Coordinator

HSE Coordinator: Responsible for assisting HSE Manager in the integration of HSE project requirements into the planning, permitting, design, procedure and construction. Has responsibility for reviewing contractor HSE plans, reports and supervising and monitoring the contractor compliance. Coordinate with Clients, Contractor and Sub-Contractor on HSE and project requirements.

Engineering Assistant: Assisting Project Engineer to do detail design on alignment sheets and temporary work space drawings. Pipeline route inspection; included preliminary route investigate and feasibility study. Coordinate field activities including alignment/ topographic surveys and soil investigation; prepare route maps and other design documents; assist the Owner with route selection. Construction support during construction period as requested by client including environmental compliance inspection

Land and Permit Liaison: Acts as liaison between landowners, contractors and project management during natural gas pipeline construction activities. Acquires land rights necessary for the surveying, construction and maintenance of the required facility. Negotiates damage settlements and provides liaison with property owners during construction activities. Perform duties with limited supervision
