1) From April 2006 to till date working as a lead operator in
Oman Polypropylene LLC in polypropylene plant,Extrusion Unit, having Novelin technology, Germany.

2)From November 2004 to April 2006 worked as a production officer in Vinyl Chloride plant at Indian petrochemicals corporation LTD, Gandhar complex.

3)From August 1990 to November 2004 worked as a senior operator at polypropylene plant & Extrusion Unit. in Indian Petrochemical LTD, Nagothane site.]

Taking On sight Emergency response training in Polypropylene plant at Oman Polypropylene LLC.

I got a chance to work with GS engineering, south Korea for commissioning & start up of Oman polypropylene plant,Extrusion Unit, at sohar, Oman.in sept.2006.I’m now Operating DCS, Honeywell, PKS version.
As a Process Operator: Thoroughly involved in precommissioning and commissioning of Polypropylene plant,& Extrusion Unit, Involved in panel operation for startup and shutdown of plan. Troubleshooting, Emergency Shutdown.. Monitoring Maintaining process parameters to achieve required production goal.. in India and now in Oman .
Operation and troubleshooting of Extruder (WERNER & PFLEIDERER, WEST GERMANY), . Ensuring proper Safety Measures during normal plant operation. Routine checkups and identifying abnormalities in field. .

As a Production Officer: Involved in DCS panel operation (Tata Honeywell TDC-3000), startup and shutdown of distillation columns, fixed bed oxy chlorination reactors, Ethylene recycle compressor (BY SUNDSTRAND, USA), Low Temperature Direct Chlorination Reactor, Incinerator by VICARB France, Refrigeration system by M/S YORK, UK, Monitoring of process parameters for the simulation of process, Planning for shutdown, preparation of bar chart for shutdown, Job planning and to issue job work permit, Participate & maintain the documents records for ISO 9002 certification as per requirements. Monitoring & maintaining Effluent Treatment operation at safer side to take care of environment.
