The company hired me as piping supervisor, in-charge with underground / above ground piping erection and fabrication. Maintaining the companies standard of work thru meeting production quotas and product quality.

Developed inventory control procedures and forecast annual equipment parts budget along with accounting. Created documents, procedures and conducted training and seminars in line with ISO 14001. Implemented Environment Health and Safety programs within the company. Holds a higher discipline as senior plant engineer for crusher plant with a capacity 100 mt per hr. and asphalt plant with a designed capacity of 80 mt per hr. Directs plant program management and workforce management. Establish time phased schedules and cross functional integration. Directs plant development that includes design and other innovative ideas for plant facilities, equipment operation
