Receives all kinds of tenders (via fax, email, by hand etc.) and submit relative quotes along with the necessary documents and catalogues.
Follow up with clients by trying to get a feed back information for the offers submitted.
Maintains and update: (1) Enquiry Ledger (2) LPO Ledger (3) Follow-up Report (4) Service LPO Ledger.
Deals with suppliers with things related to customers needs.
Monitors and keeps track on the delivery of purchase orders received to meet client satisfaction.
Ensures all purchase orders are delivered on time.
Deals with clients when problems occur regarding the delivery of the purchase orders.
